This task empowers participating organizations to take a critical and systematic look at how their existing resources are allocated and utilized, laying the groundwork for improved efficiency, strategic planning, and long-term sustainability.

Ask: Are the most important programs getting the most appropriate resources? Where is there waste or shortage? - Submit Your Completed Audit
