As part of the June 2025 Neftaly Monthly Career Development series, the Neftaly Development Strategic Partnerships Office, under the leadership of the Neftaly Development Royalty, presents the initiative titled “Foster a Growth-Oriented Culture.” This programme supports the creation of a workplace environment that embraces continuous improvement, learning through experience, and regular development feedback as core drivers of performance.
Programme Objective:
To promote a mindset of continuous learning and development among Neftaly employees by offering experiential opportunities for professional growth, encouraging innovation, and reinforcing a culture of self-improvement and team advancement.
