NeftalyCER – Formal Complaint – Inappropriate Conduct Following Meeting on 11th July 2025

To the CEO of Neftaly Neftaly Malatjie, the Chairperson of the Neftaly Royal committee, Mr Legodi, Neftaly Royal Committee Members, all Neftaly Royal Chiefs and Neftaly Human capital

    Kgotso a ebe le lena

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding an incident that occurred on Friday, 11th July 2025, after a meeting with the CEO.

Following the conclusion of that meeting, and after the CEO had left the premises, I was called into the boardroom by two members of the Board. During this interaction, I was subjected to a conversation that I experienced as intimidating and inappropriate. The board members questioned and challenged decisions that had already been made during the meeting, and the tone and approach taken made me feel pressured and isolated.

I want to be clear that I do not appreciate any form of intimidation—whether direct or implied—from anyone within the organization. If there were concerns about the decisions made during the meeting, the appropriate time to raise them would have been while the CEO, who was part of those discussions, was still present. Addressing these matters in his absence, in the manner that it was done, was unprofessional and undermines the integrity of the leadership process.

I am bringing this forward not only to document the incident but to make it known that I will not tolerate being placed in that kind of situation again. I am requesting that this matter be acknowledged and to ensure it does not happen in the future.
