Purpose:
The Neftaly Post-Camp Feedback Form is a structured tool designed to collect honest, constructive feedback from participants after completing the Neftaly Virtual Reality Camp. This feedback is essential to evaluate the effectiveness of the program, understand participant satisfaction, and identify opportunities for improving future training events.
The form allows participants to reflect on their learning experience and gives the Neftaly team valuable insights into the strengths and areas for growth of the camp.
Feedback Form Structure:
The form can be distributed digitally via platforms such as Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, or embedded directly into Neftaly’s website or learning management system. It should take 5–10 minutes to complete.

Responses will be reviewed by Neftaly facilitators and coordinators to generate a post-camp evaluation report.
