1. Overview
On 20 July 2023, Neftaly, in partnership with Accenture, successfully facilitated a comprehensive Life Skills training session to 02 participants in Diepsloot. This session is part of Neftaly’s broader mission to empower individuals with the soft skills necessary for personal development, effective communication, and improved workplace readiness.
2. Objectives of the Training
- To enhance participants’ self-awareness and emotional intelligence
- To build essential communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- To prepare participants for the workplace through attitude and behavior development
- To foster resilience, adaptability, and goal-setting for long-term personal growth
3. Training Content Covered
The Life Skills session included the following core areas:
- Self-Awareness and Self-Management – understanding personal strengths and managing emotions
- Effective Communication – verbal and non-verbal communication, active listening
- Interpersonal Skills – teamwork, conflict resolution, and empathy
- Goal Setting and Time Management – creating SMART goals and planning
- Workplace Etiquette and Professionalism – punctuality, attitude, and collaboration

- All 02 participants showed high levels of engagement in discussions and role-playing exercises
- Interactive group activities and real-life scenarios encouraged active participation
