    Neftaly Complete Project Management Tasks

    Programme Focus:
As part of the June 2025 rollout of the Neftaly Monthly Career Development Programme, the Neftaly Strategic Partnerships Office, under the leadership of Neftaly Development Royalty, introduces a practical learning initiative titled “Complete Project Management Tasks.” This component reinforces project management competencies by enabling participants to work on live, real-world projects and directly apply the techniques and tools covered during training sessions.

    Programme Objective:

To bridge the gap between theory and practice by immersing employees in hands-on project management assignments. The aim is to strengthen execution skills, encourage accountability, and reinforce strategic alignment through applied learning.

    Programme Components

    1. Assignment of Live Projects
      • Participants will be grouped and assigned Neftaly-specific projects based on departmental priorities
      • Examples include: community events, internal systems improvement, partnership coordination, or new service rollouts
      • Each project will have defined goals, deadlines, and measurable outcomes
    2. Integration of Learning into Practice
      • Apply planning tools such as Gantt charts, work breakdown structures, and resource maps
      • Use tracking methods including project dashboards, status reports, and risk registers
      • Practice effective communication and coordination within cross-functional teams
    3. Coaching and Supervision
      • Each project team will be assigned a mentor or supervisor to provide guidance and assess progress
      • Weekly check-ins and support sessions will be conducted to address obstacles and track deliverables
      • Final presentations will be made to Neftaly management or relevant committees

    Target Audience:

All participants enrolled in the Neftaly Project Management Development Track, especially:

    • Staff in programme coordination or implementation roles
    • New project leads and aspiring team managers
    • Employees seeking hands-on experience in managing organisational initiatives

    Delivery Format:

    • Hybrid Work Model: Project tasks will be performed both remotely and in-office as required
    • Team-Based Assignments: Encouraging collaboration and shared leadership
    • Digital Tools: Use of project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project)
    • Evaluation Criteria: Based on completion, quality of outcomes, collaboration, and adherence to timelines

    Expected Outcomes:

    Participants will:

    • Demonstrate their ability to manage project cycles from start to finish
    • Improve problem-solving, coordination, and reporting skills
    • Deliver tangible results that contribute to Neftaly’s goals
    • Build confidence in leading and executing tasks independently
