- Lack of structured team-based work, resulting in reduced coordination and accountability.
- Limited daily outreach and awareness activities, which has contributed to a low number of clients accessing services.

- Absence of clearly assigned team roles and responsibilities.
- Inconsistent awareness campaigns and community engagement.
- Reduced client flow due to limited visibility of NeftalyCDR services.

- Teams should be formed with clear roles and daily targets to improve accountability and workflow.
- Daily awareness activities such as door-to-door campaigns, community outreach, and digital engagement should be intensified.
- Monitoring and evaluation of team performance should be strengthened through daily reporting and feedback sessions.
