Mr. Ngoako Ramolesana emphasized the importance of holding proper, structured meetings with a clear agenda in place. He suggested that one Neftaly representative should lead the review of the annual plan, including a calendar covering soccer and recreation activities.
He further highlighted that:
A comprehensive year plan must be developed.
The year plan should be submitted to the Board as a proposal.
Planning, implementation, and review must be taken seriously.
Meetings must allow adequate time for meaningful discussion.
Reports should be well packaged and include feedback, success stories, timeframes, and challenges.
Attendance at meetings is crucial for effective decision-making.
Ms. Ralepelle acknowledged these inputs and agreed that the team would draft a detailed year plan and calendar, supported by a small presentation.
5.2 Performance, Highlights, Challenges and Lessons
Ms. Ralepelle provided an overview touching on:

Challenges encountered, and
Lessons learnt.
She also apologized to Mr. Ramolesana for the lack of communication regarding the Christmas party, acknowledging it as a learning point for improved coordination and communication going forward.
Mr. Ramolesana welcomed everyone once again and thanked the team for the opportunity to engage. He reiterated the need for:
