5.1 Review and Year Planning
Mr. Ngoako Ramolesana emphasized the importance of holding proper, structured meetings with a clear agenda in place. He suggested that one Neftaly representative should lead the review of the annual plan, including a calendar covering soccer and recreation activities.
He further highlighted that:
A comprehensive year plan must be developed.
The year plan should be submitted to the Board as a proposal.
Planning, implementation, and review must be taken seriously.
Meetings must allow adequate time for meaningful discussion.
Reports should be well packaged and include feedback, success stories, timeframes, and challenges.
Attendance at meetings is crucial for effective decision-making.
Ms. Ralepelle acknowledged these inputs and agreed that the team would draft a detailed year plan and calendar, supported by a small presentation.
5.2 Performance, Highlights, Challenges and Lessons
Ms. Ralepelle provided an overview touching on:
Performance achieved during the year,
Highlights and success stories,
Challenges encountered, and
Lessons learnt.
She also apologized to Mr. Ramolesana for the lack of communication regarding the Christmas party, acknowledging it as a learning point for improved coordination and communication going forward.
Mr. Ramolesana welcomed everyone once again and thanked the team for the opportunity to engage. He reiterated the need for:
Consistent reporting,
Accountability,
Clear feedback mechanisms, and
Respect for meeting processes.
5.3 Team Inputs
Mr. Daniel Makano spoke about the importance of proper planning, implementation, and monthly reporting to track progress and impact.
Ms. Kamogelo Mpe agreed with Mr. Ramolesana’s inputs, emphasizing that timely preparation and implementation are key to avoiding disappointment.
Ms. Manoko Ditsoabane contributed with the phrase “Sefapano ke mohao”, emphasizing commitment and shared responsibility in development work.
Ms. Ralepelle concluded the discussion by thanking Mr. Ramolesana for his guidance and encouragement. She reaffirmed that the Neftaly team would:

November is National Family Caregivers Month — a dedicated time to honor, support, and uplift those who tirelessly care for loved ones. At Neftaly, we understand the emotional and physical challenges caregivers face, and we are proud to spotlight resources that strengthen community, connection, and resilience. The Anne Arundel County Government Department of Aging and Disabilities has announced its support group schedule for November 2025, a series of in-person and virtual events designed to bring encouragement, practical guidance, and peer support to caregivers across the county.
November 2025 Caregiver Support Calendar
Caregiver support groups provide a structured yet inviting space to share experiences, ask questions, and build supportive relationships with others on this journey. These sessions are free of charge and open to family caregivers, military caregivers, and others providing care in Anne Arundel County.
Wednesday, November 12 — Glen Burnie In-Person Support Group
Time: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM
