The Chairperson welcomed all Royal Committee members, Chiefs, Managers, Officers, Specialists, and Interns. The following operational and ceremonial protocols were confirmed:

• All Chiefs must submit presentation links in advance for Royal Committee review.
• Cameras must remain ON for all presenters and Royal Committee members.
• Microphones must remain ON during all presentations, singing, and dancing.
• All dance performances must match the choreography and dress style shown in the reference videos.
• Presenters must sing and dance until the end of each song.
• Chiefs must speak last during appreciation sessions.

2. SayPro Position Swap Day Event – 6 February 2026

The Chairperson officially announced the SayPro Position Swap Day Event, confirming that all members would swap roles for the day in order to promote leadership development, accountability, teamwork, and operational understanding across departments.

2.1 Position Swap Rules

• All participants must hand over work items, including:
  • Phones
  • Laptops
  • Computers
  • Files and operational tools
• Members must remain in their swapped positions until close of business.
• The swap applies to all duties, responsibilities, communications, and decision-making for the day.
• Thapelong Songs, Prayers, and Secretarial Requests for both 09:00 and 12:00 sessions must be handled by the New Royal Committee.
