2. Human Resource Allocation
Activities:
- Assign staff and volunteers to specific activities
- Define roles and responsibilities clearly
- Schedule working hours and activity timelines
- Identify training or capacity-building needs
- Monitor staff workload distribution
Responsibilities:
- Project Manager: Approve staff assignments
- HR Officer / Administrator: Manage staff scheduling and records
- Team Leaders: Supervise assigned personnel
- All Staff: Fulfill assigned duties effectively
3. Financial Resource Allocation
Activities:
- Allocate budget to priority activities
- Ensure spending aligns with approved monthly budget
