    Purpose: Conduct structured monthly interviews with local leaders and key stakeholders to gather strategic insights, assess community needs, strengthen partnerships, and inform programme decision-making.

    1. Stakeholder Identification and Mapping

    • Identify key community stakeholders (local leaders, ward councillors, school principals, business owners, youth leaders, NGO representatives).
    • Prioritise stakeholders based on programme relevance and influence.
    • Ensure diversity and representation across sectors.

    2. Interview Planning and Scheduling

    • Develop monthly interview schedule.
    • Prepare official interview requests and confirmations.
    • Define interview objectives aligned with Neftaly strategic goals.
    • Arrange venue and virtual platform.

    3. Development of Interview Guides

    • Design structured and semi-structured interview questionnaires.
    • Align questions with programme indicators and focus areas.
    • Ensure questions are culturally appropriate and relevant.

    4. Conducting Interviews

    • Introduce purpose and obtain consent.
    • Facilitate professional and respectful discussions.
    • Capture qualitative practical recommendations.
    • Maintain neutrality and avoid leading questions.
    • Manage time efficiently.

    5. Documentation and Recording

    • Record interviews (audio or written notes) with consent.
    • Capture key statements, concerns, and suggested interventions.
    • Complete interview summary templates immediately after sessions.
    • Store data securely to ensure confidentiality.

    6. Analysis of Interview Findings

    • Identify recurring community concerns.
    • Highlight service delivery, or partnership gaps.

    7. Reporting and Communication
