Subject: Request for Authorization to Expand Partnership Building and Strategic Development Activities

As part of our continued effort to uplift and empower communities through innovation, collaboration, and sustainable development, Neftaly Chief Development Royalty (SCDR) respectfully submits this formal request to the Neftaly Royal Committee for authorization to expand our mandate in the following critical areas:

    1. Partnership Building

We request approval to develop and maintain formal relationships with community leaders, local organizations, government agencies, and stakeholders across various sectors. These partnerships are vital to mobilizing human capital, sharing resources, and ensuring our projects are deeply rooted in community needs and solutions.

    2. Collaborative Projects

We seek permission to facilitate and manage collaborative projects with external partners, including but not limited to NGOs, arts and culture organizations, and social enterprises. These collaborations will enhance program effectiveness and bring innovation, diversity, and mutual growth to our collective initiatives.

    3. Strategic Planning

SCDR further requests to contribute to Neftaly’s strategic planning processes to ensure that development efforts align with the long-term goals of the organization. This includes active participation in identifying opportunities, mobilizing outreach resources, and mapping out key partnerships that support our vision and impact-driven approach.

    4. Human Capital Mapping and Outreach Partnership

Following our recent mapping of human capital and organizational capacity, we have identified the need for SCDR to establish formal outreach partnerships to leverage skills, talents, and networks. This move will position Neftaly to respond more effectively to grassroots needs, unlock new funding streams, and enhance visibility on both local and international platforms.

As Neftaly Chief Development Royalty, our core mandate is to ensure inclusive development, innovation, and community empowerment through meaningful collaboration. With the Neftaly Royal Committee’s blessing, we will carry out these responsibilities with full accountability, aligned to Neftaly’s values of integrity, sustainability, and equity.

We kindly request the Neftaly Royal Committee’s consideration and written confirmation to proceed with this expanded scope. We remain grateful for your trust and guidance.

NeftalyCDR – formal apology letter addressed to Neftaly Royal Committee regarding the NeftalyP189 event plan management for Health Education 06 June 2025

To the CEO of Neftaly Neftaly Malatjie, the Chairperson Mr Legodi, Neftaly Royal Committee Members and all Neftaly Chiefs

    Kgotso a ebe le lena

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing on behalf of Neftaly Chief Development Royalty to express our sincere apologies regarding the confirmation and management of the NeftalyP189 Health Education event, which was scheduled to take place on 6 June 2025.

Upon reviewing the planning process and event management procedures, we acknowledge that we did not fully adhere to the expected protocols established by Neftaly Royal Committee, particularly in terms of event confirmation and submission timelines. We deeply regret any inconvenience or concerns this may have caused.

To ensure that such an oversight does not recur, we reaffirm our commitment to strictly follow the NeftalyP189 event plan management guidelines moving forward. Specifically, we will:

    1. Follow the event checklist meticulously: We will ensure every step and requirement outlined in the event checklist is completed and verified well in advance.
    2. Submit event plans to Neftaly Royal Committee in advance: We understand the importance of presenting the detailed event plan for your review and approval 4 to 6 weeks prior to hosting the event. This will allow ample time for feedback, suggestions, and any necessary adjustments to be made in accordance with the Committee’s standards.
    3. Improve communication and coordination: We will establish a clearer communication channel between development and Social worker to ensure timely updates and transparency at all stages of event preparation.

We greatly value the guidance and oversight provided by the Royal Board Committee and remain dedicated to upholding the highest standards in organizing and managing events under your esteemed supervision.

Once again, please accept our heartfelt apologies, and we appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Thank you for your kind attention.

    Respectfully yours,

    My message shall end here
