    Neftaly’s sales management for online course sales integrates modern digital outreach with structured sales principles. The salesperson is responsible for identifying leads, closing enrolments, maintaining customer relationships, and reporting performance. The sales process includes planning, coordination, client engagement, digital communication, and after-sales service.
