As part of Neftaly’s commitment to environmentally responsible travel, all employees undertaking business trips are required to submit detailed travel logs that document the sustainability aspects of their journeys. This initiative, overseen by the Neftaly Travel and Tourism Office, supports the company’s ongoing efforts to track, assess, and improve its sustainable travel practices as outlined in the June Sustainable Corporate Development Report (SCDR-6).
1. Purpose of Travel Logs
The collection of comprehensive travel data:
- Enables accurate monitoring of Neftaly’s carbon footprint from business travel.
- Promotes individual accountability among employees for their travel choices.

4. Review and Integration
- The collected data will be reviewed monthly and incorporated into:
- Carbon emissions reports
- Compliance evaluations
- Sustainability dashboards
- Future training and policy updates
- Aggregate insights will be shared with senior leadership, featured in internal newsletters, and reported in Neftaly’s quarterly ESG reports.

To assist employees in this process, Neftaly will provide:
- A detailed guide on how to fill out the travel log effectively.
- Webinars and video tutorials explaining sustainable travel practices.
- Helpdesk support through the Neftaly Travel and Tourism Office for questions or assistance.
6. Recognition and Accountability
- Employees demonstrating consistent sustainable travel behaviors may be recognized through Neftaly’s Green Ambassador program.

By requiring the documentation of sustainable travel choices, Neftaly reinforces a culture of transparency, accountability, and environmental stewardship across all levels of the organization. This initiative is a key pillar in the execution of Neftaly’s June SCDR-6 Sustainable Travel Practices and reflects the organization’s proactive approach to achieving measurable sustainability outcomes.
