To the CEO of Neftaly Neftaly Malatjie, the Chairperson Mr Legodi, Neftaly Royal Committee Members and all Neftaly Chiefs

    Kgotso a ebe le lena
    Date: 2025-06-09
    Meeting Start Time: 1:36 PM
    Attendees:

    • Galli Josefina
    • Regaugetswe Netshiozwe
    • Linah Ralepelle
    • Linda Tivane (Advisor)

    Meeting Summary:

    1. Update on Gen AI Fundamentals – TerrAIn Board Game
Linah Ralepelle provided Josefina with an update on the Gen AI Fundamentals initiative, specifically focusing on TerrAIn, the generative AI-based board game. Linah shared some of the challenges the team has encountered while facilitating the game with learners.

    2. Live Demonstration by Josefina – to assist with the challenges, Josefina shared her screen and demonstrated to Linah the correct process of restarting the dice movement within TerrAIn to help learners complete the game effectively.

    3. Acknowledgment of Progress
Josefina expressed gratitude to the Neftaly team for their commitment and engagement with the Skills to Succeed Academy. She noted that, as a result of their efforts, the team is on track to meet their targets before the end of the FY.

    4. Feedback from Linah
Linah responded positively, stating that the meeting had been both helpful and foundational. She acknowledged that while some mistakes had been made during implementation, beneficiaries are deeply engaged and benefiting from the sessions — both group and individual.

    5. Question on Individual Gameplay
Linah inquired if learners could complete TerrAIn as individuals rather than in group settings. Josefina confirmed this is possible and advised Linah to use the Advisor platform to open learner profiles and generate group reports.

    6. Advisor Platform Walkthrough
Linah demonstrated how to use the Advisor tool to create reports and download certificates for the Skills to Succeed Academy. This was done to ensure proper tracking and recognition of learner progress.

    7. Certification Update
Josefina mentioned that TerrAIn is not yet included in the certificate section of the platform but committed to working on this integration. She also requested Linah to begin documenting success stories to support future reporting and showcase impact.

    8. Feedback on Mastering Prompting Module
Linda reported that learners are actively participating and demonstrating a solid understanding of the Mastering Prompting module. She noted that learners are asking insightful questions, indicating a deeper level of engagement and curiosity.

    9. Appreciation and Closing
Regaugetswe expressed gratitude to Josefina for her continued support and guidance.

    Action Items:

    • ✅ Josefina to initiate inclusion of TerrAIn in certification pathway
    • ✅ Linah to begin collecting and documenting success stories from the field
    • ✅ Neftaly team to continue leveraging Advisor for profile creation and reporting
