As part of Neftaly’s ongoing commitment to personal and professional development, the Neftaly Strategic Partnerships Office, under the guidance of Neftaly Development Royalty, highlights the importance of meaningful participation through its June 2025 learning engagement theme: “Engage Actively in Training.”
This initiative encourages all Neftaly participants to take full advantage of every learning opportunity, ensuring that training sessions are not just attended—but absorbed, applied, and shared.
Programme Objective:
To enhance the impact of Neftaly’s training programmes by fostering active learner engagement during all webinars, workshops, and development modules—enabling participants to gain maximum value and apply new skills effectively in their roles.
Engagement Expectations
- Full Participation in Live Webinars
- Arrive prepared and on time for every virtual or in-person session
- Keep cameras on (where possible), contribute to discussions, and ask questions
