Neftaly Engagement Metrics
As part of Neftaly’s comprehensive approach to employee wellbeing and development, tracking engagement is a critical component of the program’s success. Employees are encouraged to actively participate in the various learning and wellbeing activities provided and systematically monitor their involvement through engagement metrics.
Purpose
The purpose of tracking engagement metrics is to:
- Provide clear insight into each employee’s level of participation in Neftaly’s wellbeing and development initiatives.
- Encourage consistent involvement in program activities that foster personal and professional growth.
- Identify patterns of engagement that can inform personalized support and resource allocation.
- Enable transparent reporting and accountability within the Neftaly Monthly May SCDR-2 and Quarterly Employee Wellbeing and Development frameworks.
- Measure the overall effectiveness and reach of Neftaly’s development offerings.
Key Engagement Metrics
Employees will be responsible for monitoring and documenting the following:
- Number of Sessions Attended: This includes participation in live webinars, virtual workshops, group discussions, and other interactive events hosted on the Neftaly website or through affiliated channels. Recording attendance helps quantify active involvement in the program.
- Activities Completed: Employees should track completion of assigned tasks such as surveys, self-assessments, goal-setting exercises, action plans, and any follow-up assignments related to the sessions. Completion rates reflect commitment and progress.
- Time Spent on Learning Content: Logging time spent reviewing articles, videos, and other educational materials provided through Neftaly platforms helps assess depth of engagement beyond live events.
- Interaction Level: Participation can also be measured by contributions during interactive sessions, including asking questions, providing input during discussions, and engaging with peers in group activities.
- Progress Reporting: Submitting regular self-assessments, mid-quarter reflections, and final reports contributes to the engagement metric by demonstrating active participation in personal development and wellbeing tracking.
- Feedback Submission: Providing feedback on sessions and the overall program indicates reflective involvement and willingness to contribute to continuous improvement.
Tracking and Reporting Tools
To facilitate consistent and accurate tracking, Neftaly provides standardized tracking templates and digital tools accessible via the Neftaly website. Employees are expected to:
- Log their attendance and activity completion regularly in the designated tracking documents.
- Use progress tracking templates to note milestones, challenges, and achievements throughout the program.
- Submit summarized engagement reports during monthly check-ins and quarterly reviews as part of the Neftaly Monthly May SCDR-2 and Quarterly Employee Wellbeing and Development processes.
Benefits of Engagement Tracking
- Enhanced Self-Awareness: Employees gain better understanding of their own participation patterns, helping them stay motivated and engaged.
- Personalized Support: Managers and the Neftaly Development Strategic Partnerships Office can tailor resources and guidance based on individual engagement levels.
- Program Improvement: Aggregate engagement data informs program managers about popular content, attendance trends, and areas needing adjustment.
- Recognition and Rewards: High engagement may be recognized through certificates, acknowledgments, or professional development incentives, encouraging a positive culture of participation.
By actively tracking and reporting their engagement, Neftaly employees contribute to a transparent, effective, and impactful wellbeing and development program that supports continuous growth and success.
