1. Review of Negotiation Notes & Terms:
   • Revisit all meeting notes, proposals, and communications to ensure accurate translation into contract clauses.
   • Double-check agreed deliverables, timelines, and financial contributions.
   • Ensure sponsor brand visibility terms, marketing benefits, and reporting obligations are included.
2. Drafting and Legal Review of Contracts:
   • Collaborate with the Neftaly Legal Office to draft standardized but customizable sponsorship agreement templates.
   • Include sections for:
     • Sponsor’s contribution (cash or in-kind),
     • Neftaly’s deliverables (branding, promotion, speaking opportunities, access to data),
     • Duration of agreement,
     • Termination clauses,
     • Dispute resolution processes.
3. Internal Approvals:
   • Submit draft agreements for internal review and approval by the Resource Mobilisation Office Director and Finance Office (if monetary).
   • Confirm that the commitments made are feasible and align with operational plans.
4. Sponsor Communication & Negotiation Closure:
   • Share the final draft agreement with the sponsor.
   • Organize a closing meeting (virtual or in-person) to walk through the contract.
   • Address any last-minute concerns, edits, or clarifications.
   • Obtain signatures from both Neftaly and sponsor representatives.
5. Contract Execution & Filing:
   • Store the signed agreements securely in both physical and digital formats.
   • Upload final contracts to the Neftaly Sponsorship Management System on the Neftaly website for tracking.
6. Onboarding and Implementation Kick-off:
   • Introduce the sponsor to the implementation team.
   • Share execution timelines, branding guidelines, and communication points.
   • Set expectations for reporting and updates.
