- An implementation plan for upcoming events was initiated under the leadership of Linah Ralepelle.

- The QER Q3 report was prepared and printed for official submission.
4.3 Awareness Campaign & Invitations
- Awareness activities were conducted, and invitations for the Neftaly Development Arsenal meeting were distributed.
4.4 Staff Training
- Ntshuxeko Shihangu conducted training for Daniel Makano on operational systems and processes.
4.5 Event Facilitation & Documentation
- Andries Macuacua facilitated the day’s event.
- Kamogelo Mpe captured meeting minutes.

4.6 Client Placement Engagements
- Linah Ralepelle contacted clients for placement opportunities and engaged Boxer management regarding possible placements and numbers.
