Neftaly will oversee the systematic gathering, organization, and evaluation of player performance data collected during the camp. This process aims to provide actionable insights that support player development, inform coaching strategies, and enhance the planning and execution of future camps.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Planning and Organizing Data Collection
- Define Data Collection Objectives
- Collaborate with coaching staff and camp leadership to determine key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to player development, such as technical skills, physical fitness, tactical understanding, and behavioral attributes.
- Establish clear goals for what the data collection process should achieve, ensuring alignment with the camp’s overall mission and player growth targets.
- Develop Data Collection Tools and Methods
- Design or select appropriate tools to capture performance data, which may include digital apps, paper evaluation forms, video recordings, fitness tests, or skill drills assessments.
- Ensure data collection methods are standardized to maintain consistency and reliability across all players and sessions.
- Train coaching and support staff on how to accurately record data, emphasizing the importance of objective and unbiased input.
- Schedule Data Collection Activities
- Integrate performance measurement checkpoints into the camp’s daily or weekly schedule without disrupting training flow.
- Coordinate timing for fitness assessments, skill evaluations, and other data-gathering exercises.

- Provide players and parents with clear, data-backed feedback to encourage continued growth.
Coordination and Communication
- Maintain ongoing communication with all relevant parties, including coaches, data analysts (if available), administrative staff, and camp leadership.
- Ensure timely delivery of performance reports and data summaries to support strategic planning.
