    4.1 Website Charity Publishing Issue

    • Daniel Makano and Manoko Ditsoabane reported that charity content on the Neftaly website was not publishing successfully.
    • This delayed online engagement and visibility of Neftaly initiatives.
    • The issue was addressed and resolved by publishing the content today.

    4.2 Printing Resources Challenge

    • The office printer was unable to print due to lack of ink.
    • This affected daily administrative work and client service delivery.
    • The matter was escalated for urgent procurement of ink cartridges.

    4.3 LMS Access Issue

    • Ntshuxeko Shihangu reported not having access to the LMS system.
    • This limited their ability to support clients effectively.
    • Follow-up with management and IT support was agreed upon.

    4.4 en.saypro.online Event System Challenges

    • Kamogelo Mpe highlighted ongoing problems with en.saypro.online when creating and managing events.
    • These technical challenges negatively impact event planning and reporting.
    • The issue will be escalated to the technical team for resolution.
