    Participants reflected on current performance levels and noted that overall progress at NeftalyCDR is slow. It was highlighted that this slowdown is mainly due to:

    • Lack of structured team-based work, resulting in reduced coordination and accountability.
    • Limited daily outreach and awareness activities, which has contributed to a low number of clients accessing services.

    • Absence of clearly assigned team roles and responsibilities.
    • Inconsistent awareness campaigns and community engagement.
    • Reduced client flow due to limited visibility of NeftalyCDR services.
