    The NeftalyCDR Daily Challenges Review Meeting was held on 13 January 2026 at 15:00 PM.
    The purpose of the meeting was to discuss daily operational challenges and review the progress of ongoing programmes and systems.

    Limited Computers:
    It was reported that there are not enough computers available, which affects productivity and the smooth running of activities. The team acknowledged this challenge and noted the need for additional resources.

    Time Management and Punctuality:
    The team raised concerns that some people do not respect time, resulting in delays and disruptions to planned activities. The importance of time management and punctuality was emphasized.

    3.2 Programme Updates

    Courses:
    It was confirmed that the courses are currently running and functioning well despite the challenges. The team expressed satisfaction with the progress of course delivery.

    S2S Work:
    The team confirmed that S2S work is operational and working well. This was noted as a positive development and an improvement in daily operations.

    1. Update on Gen AI Fundamentals – TerrAIn Board Game
    Linah Ralepelle provided Josefina with an update on the Gen AI Fundamentals initiative, specifically focusing on TerrAIn, the generative AI-based board game. Linah shared some of the challenges the team has encountered while facilitating the game with learners.

    2. Live Demonstration by Josefina – to assist with the challenges, Josefina shared her screen and demonstrated to Linah the correct process of restarting the dice movement within TerrAIn to help learners complete the game effectively.

    3. Acknowledgment of Progress
    Josefina expressed gratitude to the Neftaly team for their commitment and engagement with the Skills to Succeed Academy. She noted that, as a result of their efforts, the team is on track to meet their targets before the end of the FY.

    Linah responded positively, stating that the meeting had been both helpful and foundational. She acknowledged that while some mistakes had been made during implementation, beneficiaries are deeply engaged and benefiting from the sessions — both group and individual.

    5. Question on Individual Gameplay
    Linah inquired if learners could complete TerrAIn as individuals rather than in group settings. Josefina confirmed this is possible and advised Linah to use the Advisor platform to open learner profiles and generate group reports.

    6. Advisor Platform Walkthrough
    Linah demonstrated how to use the Advisor tool to create reports and download certificates for the Skills to Succeed Academy. This was done to ensure proper tracking and recognition of learner progress.

    7. Certification Update
    Josefina mentioned that TerrAIn is not yet included in the certificate section of the platform but committed to working on this integration. She also requested Linah to begin documenting success stories to support future reporting and showcase impact.

    8. Feedback on Mastering Prompting Module
    Linda reported that learners are actively participating and demonstrating a solid understanding of the Mastering Prompting module. She noted that learners are asking insightful questions, indicating a deeper level of engagement and curiosity.
