    The purpose of this letter is to formally request approval to host the Neftaly Valentine’s Day Event scheduled for February 2026. Kindly note that the exact date and time are yet to be confirmed and will be finalised upon receipt of approval and strategic direction from management.

    The Neftaly Valentine’s Day Event is intended to promote social engagement, community cohesion, and positive lifestyle experiences through a themed celebration aligned with creativity, entertainment, and youth participation.
