    6.1 Education Update – S2S Motapina

    Summary:

    • Face-to-face sessions will be conducted.
    • Courses are officially opening.
    • Challenges identified:
      • No admin rights access for Motapina.
      • Internet connection instability.

    The Education Department committed to resolving system access and connectivity issues urgently.


    6.2 FY26 Year-to-Date Report (September 2025 – January 2026)

    Active Learners: 285
    Conversion Rate: 69%

    The team acknowledged positive progress but emphasised the need to increase learner enrolment and improve conversion rates to meet the annual target.

    Development emphasised that from now on, all human handovers must be based on the SayProP005 Human Capital Sheet to ensure compliance and proper documentation.
