    The meeting was opened to review the Neftaly Today Daily Event Report, assess programme status updates, and discuss upcoming implementation activities. The importance of accurate reporting and timely follow-up on programme activities was emphasized.

    3.1 Neftaly Today – Daily Event Report Review

    Key Discussions and Decisions

    1. Attendance and Work Resumption
      • Daniel Makano and Kamogelo Mpe reported to work after being absent for the full week from 05 to 09 January 2026.
      • The Development Manager, Ms. Raleppele, engaged them regarding their work status, particularly whether they were willing to continue working despite not receiving payment.
      • Both Makano and Mpe confirmed their willingness to continue working as usual.
    2. Training and Role Alignment
      • Ntshuxeko Shihangu is to begin training Daniel Makano on Advice and Referral work.
      • This arrangement will remain in place while awaiting CEO Mr. Malatjie’s approval of the requested position changes.
    3. Implementation Plan
      • The Development Team is required to finalize an implementation plan after lunch.
    4. Corporate Courtesy Action
