1. Purpose
To improve community health outcomes by ensuring accessible, affordable, and quality healthcare and wellness services for all residents, particularly vulnerable and underserved groups.
2. Monthly Health Services Activities
2.1 Community Health Outreach Programs
- Organize monthly mobile clinic visits in underserved areas.
- Conduct free health screening campaigns (blood pressure, diabetes, HIV, TB, BMI).
- Provide immunization drives in collaboration with public health authorities.
- Facilitate maternal and child health outreach services.
2.2 Preventative Healthcare Initiatives
- Run awareness campaigns on communicable and non-communicable diseases.
- Conduct workshops on hygiene, nutrition, and healthy lifestyles.
- Promote early detection programs for chronic illnesses.
- Distribute educational materials on disease prevention.
2.3 Access to Primary Healthcare
- Partner with local clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.

- Plan and coordinate monthly health service schedules.

- Allocate budget and resources under Neftaly Development Royalty.
- Monitor service delivery quality and compliance.
- Maintain beneficiary records and service reports.
- Ensure inclusivity and equal access to services.
3.2 Healthcare Partners
- Provide qualified medical personnel.
- Deliver professional healthcare services.
- Maintain medical standards and ethical practices.
- Submit monthly service and impact reports.
3.3 Community Health Volunteers
- Mobilize community members for participation.
- Assist during outreach events.

- Identify vulnerable households requiring special support.
3.4 Monitoring and Evaluation Team
- Track number of beneficiaries served monthly.
- Measure health impact indicators.
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews.
