Supporting Educational Programs and Initiatives

1. Program Objective

To promote inclusive, equitable, and quality education by supporting learners, educators, and community education initiatives on a monthly basis.


2. Key Monthly Activities

2.1 Learner Academic Support

  • Provide structured after-school tutoring for primary and secondary learners.
  • Facilitate homework assistance and study groups.
  • Conduct exam preparation workshops and revision classes.
  • Offer literacy and numeracy reinforcement programs.

2.2 Educational Resource Support

  • Distribute stationery, textbooks, and learning materials to vulnerable learners.
  • Provide school uniforms where necessary.
  • Establish and maintain community study centres or homework hubs.
  • Facilitate access to computers and internet for research and assignments.

2.3 Early Childhood Development (ECD) Support

  • Supply learning materials and play-based educational tools to ECD centres.
  • Provide training and development workshops for ECD practitioners.

2.4 Skills Development and Youth Empowerment

3. Responsibilities

3.1 Neftaly Community Development Office

  • Develop monthly education activity plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate partnerships with schools, NGOs, and training providers.
  • Allocate budget and educational resources under Neftaly Development Royalty.
  • Ensure equitable access to education programs.
  • Maintain records of beneficiaries and distributed resources.
  • Compile monthly and quarterly performance reports.

3.2 Education Facilitators and Partners

  • Deliver quality tutoring, training, and mentoring services.
  • Monitor learner progress and provide feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with educational standards and safeguarding policies.
  • Submit regular activity and impact reports.

3.3 Community Volunteers and Mentors

  • Support tutoring sessions and learner supervision.
  • Assist in organizing educational events.
  • Encourage parental and community involvement.
  • Identify and report learners requiring additional support.

3.4 Monitoring and Evaluation Team

  • Track participation rates and attendance.
