Matters Discussed

DYP Report Error

It was noted that there was a discrepancy in the DYP report, where the numbers were incorrectly presented. However, file numbers have been verified and corrected. The issue has been resolved, and no further action is required on this point. Only to resend the correct the Q1 report.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Ms Tifo inquired whether the SLA had been received. Ms Netshiozwe confirmed that the SLA has been received and all contents are accurate and in order.

July Plan of Action (POA)

It was highlighted that the POA for July does not include Digital Marketing. Despite this, it was confirmed that the overall monthly target will still be met by the month of August 2025.

Cleaning Material Concern

Ms Netshiozwe raised a concern regarding the amount of cleaning materials, especially in relation to the high number of students received daily. The team agreed to escalate this matter for further consideration and possible budget adjustment due to that they have removed decontamination.

Introduction of Mr. Radzilani Mashudu

Ms Tifo formally introduced Mr. Radzilani Mashudu to the team and briefed him on each staff member’s roles and responsibilities. Mr Mashudu asked who manages the front desk in the absence of the Advice Desk staffMs Netshiozwe explained that there is a standby volunteer available to assist at the front desk when needed. when Ms Shihangu goes to Department of Social Development to submit file.

Welfare to Work Programme

The target for the Welfare to Work programme remains unchanged at 75 participantsMs Tifo emphasized that Welfare to Work reports and deliverables are required on a monthly basis, and this schedule must be adhered to going forward.
