1. Purpose

To provide structured monthly training and orientation for volunteers to ensure they are well-equipped with knowledge, skills, values, and procedures required to effectively serve under the Neftaly Community Development Office within Neftaly Development Royalty.


2. Monthly Activities

2.1 Volunteer Orientation Program

  • Conduct formal orientation sessions for newly recruited volunteers.
  • Introduce Neftaly’s vision, mission, values, and community development goals.
  • Explain organizational structure, reporting lines, and communication channels.
  • Provide overview of current community programs and projects.
