Neftaly will conduct monthly development training sessions aimed at empowering community members with essential skills for personal growth, employment, and entrepreneurship. The training will focus on Life Skills, Digital Skills, Employment Skills, and Entrepreneurship Skills to improve digital inclusion, economic participation, and community development.

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

  1. Life Skills Training
    • Provide training on communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and personal development.
    • Promote confidence, leadership, and responsible community participation.
    • Facilitate workshops on goal setting, time management, and financial literacy.
  2. Digital Skills Training
    • Train participants on basic computer literacy, internet usage, and digital communication tools.

  3. Employment Skills Training
