Key Activities and Responsibilities:
- Device Troubleshooting
- Assist community members with troubleshooting common technical problems on computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
- Provide guidance on resolving software issues, connectivity problems, and basic device maintenance.
- Software and Application Support
- Support users in installing, updating, and using essential software and applications.
- Provide assistance with productivity tools, communication platforms, and educational applications.
- Digital Platform Assistance
- Help participants navigate online platforms used for learning, job applications, business activities, and government services.
- Assist with account creation, password recovery, and platform navigation.
- Basic Device Maintenance
- Provide advice on device care, security updates, antivirus protection, and data management.
- Educate users on how to maintain the performance and safety of their digital devices.
- Individual and Group Support Sessions
