Neftaly Women’s Month Charity Bake Sale – Bake and sell treats to raise money for women’s shelters or education.
Sinentlantla Mabusela – will Prepare baked goods to sell to Neftaly human capital, and external human capital.
The amount received from that will be Then transferred to the finance department.
 
 
Event: Neftaly Women’s Month Appreciation Day
Purpose:
Celebrate and honor the women in the workplace, raise awareness about women’s issues, and build team spirit.
How to run it:
Host a mid-day “Women’s Month Tea & Talk”. Probably Friday From 13:00
Include:
Have inspirational stories or quotes about women’s achievements
A quick fun quiz or trivia about women’s history or famous women.
Recognition of female colleagues’ contributions.
Light refreshments (tea, coffee, snacks).

Fundraising Ideas for the Event:
Donation Jar:
Place a decorated jar where colleagues can drop small donations throughout the day/week.
Bake Sale:
Colleagues bring homemade treats to sell, with proceeds going to a women’s charity or an internal fund supporting women’s development.
Casual Dress Day:
Colleagues can dress up in the most elegant way to honour Women in empowerment.
Talent Showcase:
Colleagues volunteer to perform short acts (singing, poetry, dancing) and viewers donate to vote for their favourite.
 
Additional Notes
Also to raise funds, as it has been stated on the first point (Donation Jar)
Colleagues can donate an amount Starting from R2 upwards daily, for a week or 2 , and can also ask for donation from their locations, friends and family.
Once funds have been gathered and summed up, the amount can be used to buy or send to any woman-based centre or charity point near by in celebration of women’s month.
