The Track and Record Donations component is designed to help employees monitor, verify, and archive their charitable giving — both monetary donations and volunteer hours — using the Neftaly digital platform. This system ensures accountability, provides transparency, and allows contributors to reflect on their impact with tangible data and official confirmation.

????️ Using the Neftaly Platform to Track Giving

All Neftaly employees will use the internal platform located at www.saypro.online to access their personal Charitable Contribution Dashboard.

✅ Monetary Donations Tracking

1. View Donation History
   • Each contribution (one-time or recurring) is automatically logged.
   • Entries include:
     • Charity name
     • Date of donation
     • Amount donated
     • Donation frequency (e.g., one-time, monthly)
2. Download Receipts
   • A digital receipt is generated immediately after each successful donation.
   • Receipts are downloadable in PDF format for tax and record-keeping purposes.
   • Donation summaries are also available quarterly and annually.
3. Track Cumulative Contributions
   • View a visual timeline or chart of all contributions to date.
   • Monitor progress toward personal or team donation goals.

✅ Volunteer Hours Tracking

1. Submit Volunteer Activity
   • Employees log hours manually via the Volunteer Hours Log on the dashboard.
   • Each entry should include:
     • Organization volunteered with
     • Date and time volunteered
     • Type of task performed
     • Total hours
2. Receive Confirmation
   • Neftaly reviews and confirms volunteer submissions within 5 business days.
   • Confirmations are visible in the user’s dashboard and available for download.
3. Annual Service Summary
   • Employees receive an end-of-year report detailing total volunteer hours.
   • This report can be used for internal recognition programs or external CSR reports.
