During the session, CMR 5 provided training on how to edit Excel sheets, perform bulk data changes, and import the updated data into the www.knowledge.saypro.online website. She also explained the proper communication procedure on Microsoft Teams once a task is completed.

The team was unable to complete the practical demonstration due to temporary technical issues with the www.knowledge.saypro.online website.

Conclusion:
