- All Human Capital (staff members) are urged to attend both morning and afternoon prayers.
- Clients who do not participate in required prayer sessions are not permitted to move freely within office premises.
- All staff members must formally report any absence in advance through the appropriate channels.

- All operational and departmental reports must be submitted to the Neftaly Royal Committee.
- It was reaffirmed that the Neftaly Royal Committee holds the highest authority within the organizational structure.
3.3 Time Management and Conduct
- Mr Timothy Magoro expressed full support for the Deputy Chairperson’s directives.
- Mr Israel Medupe advised all Human Capital to respect time at all times, emphasizing punctuality and professionalism.
