In 2017, Ms. Linah Ralepelle submitted requests for programming to strengthen Neftaly’s development vision. These requests were acknowledged and formally mapped by Mr. Malatjie in 2019, forming the basis of current and ongoing programming initiatives.
The purpose of this meeting was to report back to Neftaly Development Royalty regarding progress and feedback on those programming requests.

Mr. Malatjie thanked the development team for their consistent dedication.
He confirmed that the programming roadmap initially requested in 2017 has now been fully integrated, with all human capital actively engaged in programming activities.
4.2 Programme Roadmap and Levels
According to the tickets on Teams, the development is currently at:
Level 1: Established and running effectively.
Level 2 (Interlinking): Preparation underway to integrate multiple applications for efficiency and scalability.
4.3 Forward-Looking Action – 2040 Report
Development Royalty was advised to prepare a long-term report for 2040, consolidating milestones, challenges, and strategies for the future.
4.4 Leadership & Capacity Building
Neftaly Chief Development Royalty and Manager were encouraged to:
Practice public speaking
Improve professional dressing and presentation skills
Strengthen speech delivery for internal and external engagements
Mr. Mnisi emphasized the power of writing, highlighting its importance in communication, documentation, and organizational growth.
4.5 Guiding Principles
The team was reminded that Neftaly Development is guided by NeftalyP365, with emphasis on respecting God in all initiatives.
All praises were extended to the Pastor and Bishop for their spiritual support.
4.6 Cultural & Spiritual Development
Development Royalty was tasked with setting up time and dates for choir practices, dancing, and cultural activities to enhance unity and morale.
A reflection was shared on resilience: “Donald Trump closed 350 organizations, but Neftaly is still standing because we are led by God.”
