We would like to inform you that there was a house fire near our office earlier today. In response to the emergency, the Diepsloot Youth Project team took immediate action and used the office fire extinguishers to assist members of the community in containing the fire.

While we are grateful that no lives were lost and proud of the team’s quick response, we would like to request that the used fire extinguishers be refilled by tomorrow to ensure our office remains compliant with safety standards and prepared in case of an emergency.
