1. Overview
On 11 January 2024, Neftaly, in partnership with Accenture, successfully implemented a Youth Mobilization session for 2 young individuals in Diepsloot. This program is part of Neftaly’s commitment to empowering youth through engagement, motivation, and pathways to development opportunities that support their personal and professional growth.
2. Objectives of the Program
- To actively engage youth in conversations about their role in community development
- To raise awareness about available resources and development programs
- To motivate young people to take initiative in their personal growth and career planning
- To strengthen partnerships aimed at uplifting the youth through targeted interventions
3. Activities Conducted
The session included the following activities:
- Introduction to Youth Mobilization – understanding youth roles in social and economic spaces
- Motivational Dialogue – discussion on aspirations, challenges, and overcoming barriers
