Kgotso a ebe le lenaThe purpose of this report is to provide feedback on follow-up actions taken regarding students who were booked for the computer training course but have not been attending as scheduled. Names of students which we contact to find out if they have dropped out or placed somewhere else:
- Miakele Harris Selebogo
- Tshepo Justice Mokoena
- Rachel Dipuo Mashilo
Regarding Tshepo Justice Mokoena, successful contact was made. Mr Mokoena explained that his work schedule has been limiting his availability to attend the course in person. However, he agreed to continue with his online training and committed to attending class sessions on Thursdays going forward. Rachel Dipuo Mashilo, two telephone attempts were made to reach her; however, both calls were unanswered and no feedback was received. Miakele Harris Selebogo, direct contact was not established, but a voicemail message was left requesting a return call.

1. Opening
The meeting commenced with a song led by Ms Ditsoabane, followed by a prayer led by Mr Makano.

3. Matters Arising
3.1 Bookings Approval
Development reported that feedback had been received from Marketing and Education indicating that they are awaiting approval or system access from the Chief Operations Officer in order to proceed with approving bookings.
3.2 Job Placement Opportunity
A placement opportunity was received from FZ Cleaning Company, expressing interest in recruiting former students for employment opportunities in March 2026.
3.3 Staff Availability
The Chief Development Officer informed the meeting that Ms Gwagwa (Cleaner) would not be available for duty on this day.
3.4 Q4 2026 Implementation
The implementation plan for Q4 2026 was approved successfully. The meeting agreed that the presentation dates require revision.
3.5 Diepsloot Office Rent Payment
The office gates were locked but were reopened after payment was made.
