SayProCDR kindly seeks advice and guidance as we approach the end of the financial year at Diepsloot Youth Project.
We would like clarity on whether we are continuing under the extended learnership agreement or if the learners are now considered to be working outside of the learnership framework.
Furthermore, we request guidance on the type of contract we should develop going forward. Are we permitted to introduce a three (3) months internship contract, or should we follow a different structure?
