  • SayProCDR – Request for a leave to go to the church for a week from 16 Feberuary to 20 feb and also continue generating additional income through a side hustle to better support my family.

To the CEO of SayPro, Neftaly Malatjie, Royal Committee Chairperson Clifford Legodi, SayPro Royal Chiefs and Human Capital

    Kgotso ebe le lena

I hope this message finds you well.

I would like to humbly request your understanding regarding a personal matter. I remain fully committed to my work and will continue fulfilling my responsibilities. However, I would like to adjust my schedule so that I can work mostly part-time, as I need to focus on generating additional income through a side hustle to better support my family.

Additionally, I kindly request leave for one week, from 16 February to 20 February, as I will be attending important church commitments during that period. This time is very meaningful to me, and I would sincerely appreciate your support.

Please be assured that I will do my best to ensure a smooth workflow and maintain communication regarding any tasks that require attention.

Thank you very much for your understanding, patience, and continued support. I truly value the opportunity to be part of the team.

    1. SayProCDR – INCOME GENERATING INTERNET CAFÉ (Proposal) AT DIEPSLOOT YOUTH PROJECT

To the CEO of Neftaly, Neftaly Malatjie, Royal Committee Chairperson Clifford Legodi, Neftaly Royal Chiefs and Neftaly Human Capital

      Kgotso a ebe le lena

SayPro Chief Development Royalty Income Generation Table Plan 2026

      BACKGROUND AND CONTEXT
Diepsloot is a densely populated township where many young people, students, job seekers, and small business owners face limited access to affordable digital and printing services. Most community members travel far other extensions to access internet cafés, printing shops, and computer services, which increases their expenses and time burden.

SayProCDR has long served the community through youth development, skills training, and social support programmes. However, the organisation currently relies heavily on external funding and donations, which are not always consistent. To strengthen financial sustainability, SayProCDR proposes the establishment of a small community-based internet café that will operate as an income-generating project while still serving the needs of Diepsloot residents and surrounding areas at affordable rates. This initiative aligns with SayProCDR’s mission to empower youth, support local entrepreneurship, and promote economic participation in the community.

      PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT
The primary purposes of the internet café are to:

      • Generate steady monthly income for SayProCDR
      • Reduce financial dependence on donors
      • Fund the purchase and maintenance of office equipment
      • Contribute towards staff salaries and future salary increases
      • Create job opportunities for local volunteers and youth
      • Improve digital access for community members
      • Support job seekers with CV typing, printing, and online applications
      • Assist small businesses with branding and design services

This project will function as both a business initiative and a social service project.

SERVICES TO BE OFFERED AND PRICING STRUCTURE
The internet café will provide the following services at community-friendly prices:

      Hand copies R10
      Lamination + hand copy R15
