As part of my practicum placement at Neftaly, I am currently engaging in the planning and implementation of community development activities, aligned with the objectives of the University of Johannesburg’s Social Work curriculum.
In line with the guidelines provided by UJ for community development work, the formation and collaboration with a task team is an essential part of promoting community participation, sustainability, and shared responsibility. These guidelines allow for the inclusion of both organizational staff and community members who are willing to volunteer and contribute meaningfully to the initiatives at hand.
With that in mind, I would like to formally request to proceed with working alongside the following individuals as part of the task team:
