2. Review of Daily Performance Report Progress

Participants reflected on current performance levels and noted that overall progress at NeftalyCDR is slow. It was highlighted that this slowdown is mainly due to:

• Lack of structured team-based work, resulting in reduced coordination and accountability.
• Limited daily outreach and awareness activities, which has contributed to a low number of clients accessing services.

3. Challenges Identified

• Absence of clearly assigned team roles and responsibilities.
• Inconsistent awareness campaigns and community engagement.
• Reduced client flow due to limited visibility of NeftalyCDR services.

4. Recommendations and Action Points

• Teams should be formed with clear roles and daily targets to improve accountability and workflow.
• Daily awareness activities such as door-to-door campaigns, community outreach, and digital engagement should be intensified.
• Monitoring and evaluation of team performance should be strengthened through daily reporting and feedback sessions.

5. Way Forward

The team agreed that improving teamwork and increasing daily awareness campaigns are critical to boosting NeftalyCDR performance and client engagement. Follow-up discussions will be held to assess progress and address ongoing challenges.
