1. Opening

The meeting commenced with a song led by Ms Ditsoabane, followed by a prayer led by Mr Makano.

3. Challenges Raised

3.1 Website Performance Issues

• It was reported that the Neftaly websites were slow, affecting operations.
• The IDEA website was not functioning at all.

3.2 Course Booking Delays

• The team indicated that there are ongoing delays in processing course bookings.

3.3 Handover Reports

• Reports could not be handed over because SCDR has not yet updated or changed their titles, which is required for final submission.

3.4 Human Capital Documentation Delays

• Human Capital remains behind schedule in submitting the required documents.
