1. Development Manager Update – External Meeting Request
   • The Development Manager informed the team of a call requesting the availability of Mr. Ramolesane for an Arsenal meeting.
   • The purpose of the meeting is to develop an implementation plan for upcoming soccer events and to provide feedback on the 2025 partnership.
2. Scheduled Meeting
   • The Development Team is scheduled to meet with Mr. Ramolesane on 13 January 2026 at 10:00.
3. Attendance Confirmation
   • Daniel Makano and Kamogelo Mpe confirmed that they reported to work on the day.
4. Organisational Update – Position Changes
   • The Development Manager provided feedback regarding proposed position changes.
   • It was confirmed that all team members will continue in their current roles until the CEO formally approves the requested changes.
